Scan II

Ok - so we had scan 2 on Tuesday

I took the girls with me ...(see other blog for pics) and they saw their new brother/sister for the first time...the next time they see him/her will be fucking January.......weird

Scan was groovy but baby was really low with its head jammed right down behind my bladder. Bearing in mind that i had to have this scan on a full bladder you can imagine i was fucking thrilled for the sonographer to be pressing down there for 40 minutes...GET IN!!!!

Every thing looks to be ok though. Which is a nice relief. We got some nice pics which i will aim to get on here ......quality always looks a little sketchy though.

We asked at the end if she could tell what sex the baby was....she said...."i didnt concentrate on that area .....would you like to know"

S and I were like ....."YES ...erm no ...i mean YES YES ...erm no ....NO"

We didnt find out....last baby ..big surprise

holidays over

im huge and half way through

well im not really huge ..... just not quite used to being so big ...like all of a sudden

Tuesday sees scan number 2 and then that should be IT as far as scans and the like are concerned unless something is awry..like low placenta and stuff

fucking knackered after the hols...and full of a cold .....got back home at about 3am for jesus shites sake ...so its bathtime and wash SHIT-LOADS of clothes and tidy the bastard fuck up.

First contact

S felt the baby kick the other day...just little tiny movements ...wonderfull reassuring stuff.....soon we will be on hols in Tenerife and then its the halfway scan ......how quick has that gone past.

Im starting to get a bit worried about the birth....I wasnt worried with mouse.....for some reason im worried and apprehensive. Totally normal emotions I am sure.....

its not til January tho.....so chill

and still it continues

Apparently - i am reliably informed .....my mother carried on the debate after i got off the phone.....there were tears and also more discussions into day 2 and 3

It has stressed me out......she doesnt like mouse's middle name and she doesnt like anything i am currently thinking of.

As little B said the day after ....when i was at a friends house.....

"its not her baby mummy...its yours"....
