last minute bitch

Went to an Aqua Natal class yesterday lunch on the advise of the old midwife ....

......its a good job its on a weekday and at lunch time cos ...JESUS ..its embarassing. Imagine getting a lenor bottle and using it as a float...can i have an ACTUAL swimming float please....fucks sake.

Apart from that incredibly cringeworthy moment it was a definate benefit for my poor 33yr old pelvis......

I ..however cancelled out the relaxing benefits of the class by ramming in a sandwich at 2pm cos i was bastard STARVING whilst driving across Blackpool to get back to work ........and i made myself sick.......

so.....i think more planning is required next time ....... me??.... plan???? ...shyuh!!
